By installing or using Quench (package com.salazardevs.quench, "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. Quench is a mobile app for Android that helps you set a daily water goal, log what you drink, and get reminders to stay hydrated. Quench is a personal wellness and habit tool — it is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice or replace professional healthcare.
Quench offers a free tier with the following included:
Quench Premium unlocks the following features:
Prices may vary by country based on local currency, tax, and Google Play pricing rules. The actual price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Quench. If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the paid period. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Your use of Quench is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.salazarsdevs.com/apps/quench/privacy. Your hydration data is stored under an anonymous account and synced via our service providers (Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing) as described there.
You agree to use Quench only for lawful, personal hydration-tracking purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app or its backend services.
Quench helps you track water intake and sends reminders you configure. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice, and the goals and figures it shows are general estimates based on the information you enter. Individual hydration needs vary, and certain medical conditions can change how much you should drink. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your fluid intake. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions made based on the app or for any loss of data.
You can stop using Quench at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, illegal use, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the app or the Google Play listing. Your continued use of Quench after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
