Capy Terms of Use

Capy offers a free tier with the following included:

• Up to 5 active goals
• The full pet-raising experience (hatch, name, and grow your capybara)
• Local storage of your pet, goals, and streaks
• Optional account and cloud sync

Capy Plus unlocks the following:

• Unlimited goals
• Daily reminder notifications
• Additional companion features as they are released
• Supporting ongoing development of the app

• Monthly plan: billed every 30 days. No free trial.
• Annual plan: billed every 365 days. Includes a 7-day free trial for new customers only.

Prices may vary by country based on local currency, tax, and Google Play pricing rules. The actual price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies.

Subscriptions are auto-renewing. At the end of each billing period, your Google Play account will be charged for the next period automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• The 7-day free trial is available once per Google Play account, for new customers only
• At the end of the trial, your Google Play account is charged the annual subscription price for the first year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
• You can cancel at any time during the trial through Google Play → Subscriptions

Cancellation is managed entirely through Google Play:

• Open the Google Play Store app
• Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Select Capy → Cancel subscription

After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled directly by Google Play according to Google's refund policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). We do not process refunds directly.

• Use Capy for lawful personal purposes only
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
• Do not use the App if you are under 13 years of age
• Provide truthful payment information to Google Play

• Capy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Capy does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health advice
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or local emergency services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalazarsDev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Capy.

Your use of Capy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.salazarsdevs.com/apps/capy/privacy.

Your pet, goals, and progress stay on your device by default and are synced to the cloud only if you create an account. See the Privacy Policy for details on third-party services (Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing).

You can stop using Capy at any time by uninstalling it and/or resetting all data (Settings → Reset progress). We may suspend or terminate service in case of abuse, illegal use, or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the app or on the app's Google Play listing. Your continued use of Capy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction. Disputes should first be attempted to resolve through direct contact with us.
